What’s the science behind it?

What’s the food like?
The produce used in the Yes Chef! Cleanse is fresh, free-range, organic where possible, and sourced from an array of local suppliers.
The menu features white proteins such as chicken, eggs, tofu, tempeh, turkey and fish. Add that to the lovely fresh vegetables (except potato and sweet potato), fresh fruit and nuts and seeds (no peanuts), for the perfect pairings.
All the foods come in Biopak packaging, which are made from plants and are biodegradable and ethically sourced, while the boxes insulation and ice packs are by Planet Protector – products that can be responsibly disposed, without having to go to landfill.
